By purchasing and participating in the Energy Healing Online Membership Sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or attending any Energy Healing session facilitated by Krystina Costa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Liability Waiver Agreement
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Energy Healing sessions offered by Krystina Costa.
I understand that while every care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in energy healing sessions may involve personal, emotional, or physical experiences that cannot be fully predicted or controlled.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Krystina Costa from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in these sessions.
This includes, but is not limited to, any liability arising from negligence, contract, statute (including the Civil Liability Act 2002), tort, or common law, for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or expense incurred during or after participation.
I understand that Krystina Costa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to or used during the sessions.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate and that I do not have any condition that would make participation unsafe for myself or others. If I have any concerns regarding my health, I will seek advice from a qualified medical professional prior to participating.
I understand that this waiver is a legal document and that by agreeing to it, I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights, including the right to take legal action, to the extent permitted by law.
I agree that Krystina Costa’s total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or membership.
3. Health Disclaimer
Energy Healing is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
I understand that I am responsible for continuing any medical care I may require and will not discontinue prescribed treatment without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
Refund Policy
The membership may be cancelled at any time; however, billing is charged on a monthly basis.
All payments made for Energy Healing sessions and/or membership are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.
4. Photo, Video & Recording Consent
I acknowledge that photos, videos, and/or audio recordings may be taken during sessions for legitimate promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including use on social media platforms.
I understand that if I do not wish to be recorded, it is my responsibility to notify Krystina Costa via email at krystina.cd@gmail.com in advance of participation.
If I do not notify otherwise, my participation constitutes consent to be recorded and for such media to be used as described above.
